Position Summary

The Warehouse Helper plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by assisting with the receiving, handling, storage, packing, and movement of goods. The successful candidate will help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment while ensuring products are stored efficiently and prepared accurately for dispatch.

This position requires a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit individual who can work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries.

• Receive, move, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and shipments according to company procedures and quality standards.

• Support the transportation of goods and materials within the warehouse facility.

Inventory & Organization

• Organize warehouse shelves, storage areas, and stock locations to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to materials.

• Assist in maintaining proper stock arrangement and product identification.

• Report damaged, missing, or misplaced items to the warehouse supervisor.

Packing & Dispatch

• Ensure packing stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with required materials such as boxes, tape, labels, and wrapping materials.

• Assist in preparing shipments for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and proper packaging standards.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse, including storage areas, aisles, packing stations, and designated facilities.

• Sweep floors, remove debris, dispose of waste, and ensure work areas remain safe and sanitary.

• Support general cleaning duties, including designated common areas and restrooms when required.

Health & Safety

• Follow all company health, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.

• Use warehouse equipment and tools safely and responsibly when authorized.

• Report any safety concerns, accidents, equipment malfunctions, or damaged goods immediately.

• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to candidates of any nationality.

• High school education is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, packing, or cleaning services is an advantage but not required.

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, push, and move materials safely.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
