Job description
Position Summary
Kani Water is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative / Promoter to support the growth of our business in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Kani Water products, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
This role requires frequent customer visits, market coverage, order collection, and close coordination with the distribution team to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell Kani Water products to retail stores, wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and commercial customers.
Identify and acquire new customers to expand market coverage and increase sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients at all times.
Order Management & Coordination
Collect customer orders and submit them accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely product delivery.
Follow up on deliveries and resolve any customer concerns related to orders.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Compliance & Professional Conduct
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
Represent Kani Water professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods sector.

Additional Requirements
Must own a vehicle.
Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
Ability to work in a field-based sales environment.
