UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product stakeholders, frontend developers, and the Tech Lead to translate business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and polished user interfaces.

Reporting Line

·       Reports to: Tech Lead / Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

·       Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications.

·       Translate business requirements and product ideas into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs.

·       Produce high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for new features and enhancements.

·       Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

·       Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products.

·       Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsiveness best practices.

·       Participate in product discussions, requirement clarification, and design reviews.

·       Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and technical constraints.

·       Support ongoing product improvements by refining existing interfaces and workflows.

·       Document design decisions, components, and interaction patterns for engineering handoff.

Required Skills

·       Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile applications.

·       Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.

·       Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

·       Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

·       Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.

·       Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.

·       Attention to detail and consistency in visual design.

Preferred / Nice to Have

·       Experience designing design systems or component libraries.

·       Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG basics).

·       Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.

·       Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Flutter) to improve developer collaboration.

·       Experience designing for multi-product or multi-platform systems.
