Job description
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives targeting cross-border e-commerce merchants and FBA supply chain customers.
Promote logistics solutions originating globally to KRG and vice Versa
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while expanding new business opportunities.
Understand customer needs, especially regarding the latest KRG customs policies, and offer tailored logistics solutions.
Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Prepare sales reports, customer insights, and market analysis regularly.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B and B2C sales experience in the express or logistics industry (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or similar background preferred).
Solid understanding of cross-border e-commerce logistics, warehousing and order fulfillment (first mile, last mile, custom clearance, cross border air land logistics LMD)
Strong client network and proven track record in business development.
Robust understanding of global market dynamics and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Willingness to travel and adaptable to flexible working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience serving major cross-border e-commerce platforms or independent sellers.
Familiarity with express logistics operations, pricing structures, and customs clearance procedures.
