Instructor Chrono Clash

SECTION I: POSITION SUMMARY

As an Instructor at Chrono Clash, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and professional experience for all guests participating in paintball and other activities. You will guide players through safety briefings, supervise gameplay, enforce game rules, maintain equipment, and ensure every session is enjoyable while meeting Chrono Clash's operational and safety standards.

You will play a key role in creating a memorable customer experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and supporting the daily operation of the facility.

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Job Responsibilities

● Conduct safety briefings before every game, ensuring all participants understand the rules and safety procedures.

● Assist guests with equipment fitting, including masks, protective gear, markers, and other required equipment.

● Supervise games and activities while ensuring fair play and adherence to Chrono Clash rules.

● Monitor players throughout activities to maintain a safe environment and respond immediately to any incidents.

● Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment before and after each session, reporting any damage or maintenance requirements.

● Prepare playing fields before games and reset them after each session.

● Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and ensuring an enjoyable experience. ● Coordinate with reception and operations staff regarding bookings, schedules, and activity preparation.

● Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

● Support tournaments, corporate events, birthday parties, school visits, and special activities.

● Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive atmosphere among guests and colleagues.

● Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety regulations.

● Assist with inventory checks for equipment, paintballs, gas cylinders, and protective gear when required.

SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES

Educational Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● First Aid certification is considered an advantage.
