Job description
The Quality Management Specialist will report to the Director of Compliance and be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Group’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. He/She will ensure that processes, procedures, and controls across the Group are documented, standardized, and consistently applied to support quality objectives, operational efficiency, and continual improvement. They will act as the technical ISO focal point for internal stakeholders and external certification bodies.
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Group’s Quality Management
System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure organizational processes, SOPs, and work instructions are documented,
standardized, and aligned with ISO requirements
• Assess and audit organizational processes against ISO 9001 quality standards, identify
non-conformities, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Identify non-conformities, root causes, and improvement opportunities related to
quality processes
• Coordinate with departments to develop and track corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA)
• Prepare the organization for external ISO certification and surveillance audits
• Support management reviews by preparing quality performance reports and audit
summaries
• Promote quality awareness and ISO compliance across departments through guidance
and training
• Coordinate with the Document Control Officer to ensure QMS documentation is
properly controlled and maintained
• Focus audits on process performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and the
effectiveness of the QMS, rather than strictly legal/regulatory adherence.
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops with department heads to identify operational
risks and opportunities within their processes
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly preferred
Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation, or process auditing roles
Key competencies:
• Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and quality management
principles
• Ability to conduct internal audits and evaluate process effectiveness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate ISO standards into practical operational processes
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Attention to detail and commitment to continual improvement
